We unconditionally stand by our workmanship and encourage our customers to come into the workshop so we can show them any issues that need to be addressed. We run SAM automotive software in our workshop that incorporates time clocking. This means you only get charged for the actual time spent on your vehicle. Our technicians/mechanics are continuously trained to keep up to date with modern technologies.

HOW PRICING WORKS

We don't guess prices over the phone. A price given without seeing your car is either too high or too low, and neither is fair on you. Book your car in, and once we've inspected it your quote is accurate.

Tracking down a fault? We agree a diagnostic budget with you before any work starts, keep you updated by phone as we go, and quote the repair once we've found the fault.

We specialise in vehicles from 2010 onwards. Older vehicles are welcome, but parts availability means the work is rarely cheap, and we'll be upfront about that before we start.

Call us. If the day is fully booked we'll tell you straight, and you can drop your car off for the next available slot.

We have three courtesy cars ($60/day for new customers). Availability isn't guaranteed, so ask when you book.

Broken down? Have your car towed straight to us. Warning light on? We can't diagnose that over the phone: book it in and we'll put it on the scanner.
