Oil and Filter Change
To safeguard your car from faults and leaks, it is best to do a comprehensive service which checks you’re not only road worthy, but safe in your vehicle.
An oil and filter change is only the first step, so here at Workshop 7 we recommend a full service which is in-line with manufacturer recommendations.
Why Should I Change My Oil and Filter?
Your engine requires a tremendous volume of clean oil to operate properly. If the oil filter is not changed regularly, the filter can become severely clogged, reducing the volume of oil passing through the filter and into your engine. Without this oil, your engine can suffer severe damage.
Poor engine lubrication can lead to increased fuel consumption. Routine oil and filter changes help remove particles and sludge and keep engines at peak condition. Maintaining a routinely oil and filter check improves your fuel economy.
Get Your Oil and Filter Changed Right
Every vehicle manufacturer has different schedules for servicing and replacing your oil and oil filter. Some are every 6 months or 10,000kms and others are every 12 months or 15,000kms. Every manufacturer also specifies particular oil and filter requirements to ensure the longevity of their particular engine. Workshop 7 has access to this vehicle-specific data and ensures your vehicle is running at its best. Contact us for your oil and filter change.
